At Baba Official, we take great pride in the quality of our streetwear clothing and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality products. In the rare case that something goes wrong, we’ve got you covered with our Replacement Policy.

Eligibility for Replacement

We provide replacements for items that:

  • Are damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • Are incorrect (wrong size, color, or product) compared to what you ordered.
  • Have manufacturing defects or flaws.

If you experience any of these issues, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a replacement.

Conditions for Replacement

To ensure a smooth process, kindly make sure that the item you are requesting a replacement for meets the following conditions:

  • The product must be in unused and unworn condition.
  • Tags, labels, and any original packaging must be intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) must be provided.
  • Issues such as sizing errors, minor color variations, or general dissatisfaction (not related to defects) are not eligible for replacements. We encourage you to refer to our sizing guide before purchasing.

Steps to Request a Replacement

If your order qualifies for a replacement, follow these steps to get the process started:

  1. Contact us via email at hello@babaofficial.com with the subject line “Replacement Request – [Your Order Number].”
  2. Provide the following details in your email:
    • Order number and date of purchase.
    • A brief description of the issue you’ve encountered.
    • Attach clear photos of the item(s) showing the defect, damage, or incorrect product.
  3. Once we receive your request, our customer support team will review the information and respond within 3 business days.

What Happens Next?

  • Approval: If your replacement request is approved, we will arrange for a replacement product to be shipped to you free of charge. You may be asked to return the original item, in which case we will provide you with return shipping instructions.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 5–7 business days for us to process your replacement request and ship out the new item.
  • Exceptions: If the requested item is out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you and offer an alternative product of equal value or store credit.

Items Not Eligible for Replacement

Please note that the following items are not eligible for replacement:

  • Items purchased during clearance sales or promotional events.
  • Customized or personalized items (unless damaged or defective upon arrival).
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • General dissatisfaction due to personal preference (e.g., “changed my mind,” “not my style”).

How We Handle Shipping Costs

  • If the product is deemed faulty or incorrect due to an error on our end, Baba Official will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For any non-qualifying returns or exchanges, the customer will be responsible for shipping fees.

Additional Information

  • We recommend you inspect your order upon arrival to ensure that there are no issues.
  • Any claims made after 7 days of receiving the product may not be eligible for replacement.
  • If you refuse the delivery or provide an incorrect shipping address resulting in a failed delivery, we may be unable to offer a replacement.
